Terms
and Conditions of Order
"Order acceptance
and the completion of the contract between the customer and The
Prezzy Shop will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered
by the customer unless The Prezzy Shop has notified the customer
that The Prezzy Shop does not accept the customer's order or the customer has cancelled
it in the meantime, that is, before the despatch of the order.

| Non-acceptance
of an order may be a result of any one of the following:

| 1.
The product the customer ordered being unavailable from stock.
|
|
|
| 2.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for the customer's payment.
|
|
|
| 3.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
|
|
|
| 4.
Any reasonable doubt as to whether the transaction could be fraudulent.
|
|
|
| Refunds
are at the discretion of the company management dependent on the
circumstances of a particular order.
|
|
|
| Our
Returns & Refunds Policy complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK only) which states that you
have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel
the order and return the goods in good order during a "cooling off"
period which ends seven working days from the day after delivery
unless a different arrangement has been agreed between both parties
(the customer and the supplier) prior to the despatch of the order.

OPERATIONS

Some of the undercover operations in which he has
successfully posed during his time with THE COOK REPORT:-
1. A tropical bird smuggler in Indonesia and
Singapore in an effort to highlight the threat to the Goffins Cockatoo.
2. An English Entrepreneur touring ranches in Spain, buying Fighting
Bulls and expertise, to re-establish Bull-fighting in Hungary, as
a means to expose the illegal practises used by those involved in
this supposed sport.
3. A Big Game hunter in Zimbabwe exposing how WWF money, meant for
wildlife management, is being used to kill to conserve.
4. An Ivory dealer in Singapore and Hong Kong exposing the trade
in illegal ivory obtained by the poachers and the threat to the
survival of the African elephants.
5. A quartermaster for a terrorist organisation buying arms from
an ex army Colonel in Norway, showing how easy it is to obtain arms
for terrorist purposes.
6. A businessman arranging 'canned' lion hunts for his clients in
South Africa, where businessmen pay huge sums to shoot their own
lion, previously made vulnerable by drugged bait. |
